Tips on Getting a Six pack

So you have finally decided to do something about it and do something about getting a nice six pack and here I have 10 tips on getting a six pack for you with a little explanation.

One thing you need to make clear to yourself is that it will take some determination and work from your site. But well you might even begin to like doing it.

For me personally there is nothing like going to the gym workout hard and achieve my goals, there is really nothing like that feeling after a hard work, it gives you a feeling of well being when you first have started and got over the soreness you for sure will get in the beginning.

When building a six pack most people do a lot of common mistake. Most people think doing more is better so they end up hitting their bed room floor every morning and do 500 sit ups or crunches. One thing is for sure if you are able to do 500 reps of an exercise, it is not hard enough for you to perform and you will not get anything strength or muscles doing it. So you need to put more pressure on so you are able to do max 20 to 30 reps in each set, and your abs should really burn.

When you have that in place you should follow these 10 tips in order to get most out of your work out.

1.      It is not enough just to do abdominal training you need to use your whole body no matter what type of training you like. First of all it is a question about burning as many calories as possible but also to create a synergy between all your muscles in your body. Finally doing leg press, bench press and pull downs are nice abs builders as well.

2.      You need to remember the importance of the diet. If you are a normal person it is probably 50% of the work. If you are obese even more. If you decide to keep eating fatty food and not change anything about your diet, you may never get your sex pack it will be impossible to get rid of the fat layers surrounding your stomach.

3.      Cardio, like treadmills, cross trainers, power walking and running should be an important part of your training. You really need to get rid of that belly fat and an effective way to do it is with cardio not only to burn the fat but also to increase your metabolism.

4.      If you are obese and a dropping weight to fast you might get a problem with lose skin on your stomach, it is simply because the skin cannot follow a fast weight loss. It is actually a common problem that not so many people are talking about. If you are not extreme obese you can lose weight and skin without any surgeries.

5.      In your abdominal training you should focus on exercises based on lifting your legs instead of your upper body. This put much more pressure on your abs and the will grow more. Besides that doing it the right way is much better for your back as well.

6.       Before you get started in the gym you should analyze your body type and adapt your training according to it, which means many reps with moderate weight if you are obese and have to lose weight, and a heavier work load if you are a skinny person. Check out my article The Fast Way To Get A Six Pack where is discuss body types a little bit more.

7.      It is wrong to cut out carbohydrates completely, but you need to stick with those who have a low glycemic index, like brown rice, sweet potatoes and oatmeal. Sugar, white rice, sodas and pasta is an absolutely no no.

8.      Trick I have been having great success with is to cut out carbohydrates like potatoes, brown rice etc in the evening after 6, and just stick with vegetables and meat. In the beginning you might find it hard not to get your rice or potatoes with the dinner, but trust me you will get use to it. And you will actually get a much better sleep as well.

9.      Have a big glass of water before every meal it will fill up your stomach so you eat less.

10.    Avoid any crash diet, like high fat diet or high protein diets, they will only have a negative impact on your body and you might end up gain weight instead of losing weight in the long run. Remember your body is build to eat and digest a combination between carbohydrates, protein and fat.
